Vacation Workouts!!!


Eddie and I went to Vancouver BC this weekend. We had a fantastic time! 

My Fiance is fantastic, and since he knows how much my world is not complete without a little work out, he surprised me with a... Can you believe this... A workout hotel room! Our room was complete with a treadmill, Pilates equipment and weights! It was fantastic!

With that said, I ran about 3 miles every day in Vancouver!!

Friday- 31 minute run      305 calories burned
Saturday- 30 minute run  277 calories burned
Sunday- 33 minute run    327 calories burned

Also, every single day we walked almost the entire day and even went biking on Saturday around Stanley Park!
