This morning I woke up late, so I was crunched for time. I really wanted the calorie burn, so I did the hardest DVD I own, P90X Plyometrics.
It is primarily jumping type moves. It is a great workout and I love how it makes me feel afterward! If you want to sweat, this DVD (and all P90X) is the way to go!
