I am sore, very very sore from my workouts yesterday and that survivor class on Friday. I am having a hard time moving, but if there is anything I've learned is the best way to get over soreness is to work out.
So, I braved the elements and went on a run for a little over 3 miles. I ran to the store afterward, so I counted that in my time. The run felt great (but I should have brought gloves) and my muscles feel better!
46 minute Run (including cool down walk around the store)- 456 calories burned.
