This morning I was planning on going for a run, but it was 26 degrees out and I didn't to slip all over the place..
Instead I did P90X Arms and Back followed by Ab Ripper X. Felt good, but I was sore from Survivor yesterday... I wonder how I will feel tomorrow!
60 minutes Arms and Back- 411 calories burned
15 minutes Ab Ripper X- 104 calories burned
