Today's Workout- HIIT on the Elliptical

This morning I woke up early to do HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) on the elliptical. For those who don't know how HIIT works, it is intervals of medium work to very high intense work. It usually is 2 parts of medium work with one part of high intense training. You can do it however you would like, but today I did it on the elliptical for 25 minutes.
