Today's Workout- LONG walk and Bikram!


I took both Thursday and Friday off, so I decided to make today a fitness day!

Breanne and I decided to walk from my place in South Lake Union to Ballard! Eddie and I bought a house in Ballard and I thought we should go walk to it! We walked to my new home, then all around downtown Ballard. It was a long, great walk besides that on the way home it was raining the whole time!

After we got home from the walk, we decided to go to Bikram class. It was a great class. It was a little hotter than usual, so it made it a little difficult. Really challenging, which is always good!

3.5 hour walk- 944 calories burned
Bikram- about 600 calories burned
