I am a big believer in having a little coffee before a work out. I really see a difference in my work outs. I can push just a little harder and longer.
I am really not surprised at all of the hype about the use of caffeine and work outs. It has been getting a lot of press lately though. I even saw it on the local news. I thought this was a good article about it's positive effects.
Please note: I said a "little" coffee. Do not have a large drip coffee too soon before your workout... that will NOT improve your workout! If you are like me, you will get very very sick.
