Today's Workout- Step/Weight Lifting Class

For today's workout I did a 60 minute step and weight lifting class. It was great to do and I needed it! I don't do half as much weight lifting as I should. Right before class I squeezed in 10 minutes on the stair climber. 

10 minutes stair stepper- 102 calories
60 minute class- 486 calories
